PSI Door and Hardware’s experienced project managers have worked with architects, general contractors, owners, and designers on many projects across the New England states. We strive to meet all code compliance issues and life safety and ADA requirements, all while maintaining the best quality products. We provide our customers with realistic dependable budgets and value engineering opportunities when necessary while maintaining the integrity of the project.

We have worked on projects in all stages of development from conceptual schematics, to 50%-90% designed development documents. By doing this upfront work it prevents gaps in the specifications for hardware, doors, and frames. This is particularly beneficial with the complex security and electronic hardware packages being used today. We have a full department of hollow metal doors, frames, and wood doors. We have the capability for labeling for both UL and Warnock-Hersey machining and fabrication. We are also a LEEDS and FSC certified supplier for care and custody as required on many current projects.

We have a complete line of contract builders’ hardware products that allows us to be extremely competitive. Links to many of the products are available on this site. Because we provide a complete Division 08 package to our customers, from specifications to product scheduling, ordering to the final installation, we share in the responsibility with our customer to get all the openings correct the first time. This prevents costly mistakes that usually appear late in the project.
